Nerdy, Wordy, and Thirteen years over Thirty

Hi, friends.

I'm well over thirty. I am in my fifth year as a school librarian. I also review for Kirkus, participate in ALA  panel discussions and webinars. I've served on a few more awards committees including Printz, Odyssey, and Sydney Taylor. I am also still writing for Bellwether Media. 

Obviously this means that I've also found a new hobby: Kinusaiga. After watching a TikTok on this unique Japanese artform, I became immediately obsessed. Pretty colored fabrics? No sewing? Minimal drawing skills required? It had my name written all over it.
